Amanda brings a thoughtful, steady, and strategic approach to real estate. Raised in Strathmore and deeply connected to the community, she understands the neighbourhoods, lifestyle, schools, and local details that matter when clients are choosing where to live.
She is known for making clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported. Whether someone is buying their first home, purchasing a condo, selling a family property, downsizing, or planning their next move, Amanda helps clients slow things down and make confident decisions.
Amanda also brings a strong eye for presentation, marketing, and client experience, helping sellers show their homes well and helping buyers see both the practical and emotional side of a property.
Girl mom, lifelong Girl Guider, traveller & Disney fanatic.
Amanda is a proud girl mom, a Girl Guider for life, and dog mom to two Labs. She lives in Strathmore but comes from rural roots, so small-town and country life have always been part of who she is.
She is an epic traveller, a full-on Disney fanatic, and likes sports significantly more once the playoffs start. Spiders, however, are a firm no.
Practical, direct, and rural-property savvy.
Tash brings a grounded, practical, and determined energy to the team. Living in Wheatland County and raising her family in the rural community gives her a strong understanding of acreage life, small-town living, and the details buyers and sellers need to consider outside the city.
Licensed in rural, residential, and commercial real estate, Tash supports clients across a wide range of property types, including acreages, country residential homes, small-town homes, rural properties, and commercial opportunities throughout Wheatland County and East Rocky View.
She is especially valuable for clients who need help understanding wells, septic systems, cisterns, land use, outbuildings, access roads, and the practical details that come with buying or selling outside the city.
Animals, baseball, country life & a good rainy day.
Tash is happiest living the rural life, surrounded by animals and usually with one of her two Boston Terriers nearby. She has always loved horses, is a mom, and will happily talk baseball with anyone who can keep up.
She is a massive Toronto Blue Jays fan, cheers for the Calgary Flames, and is one of the rare people who genuinely loves when the rain rolls in.
Meet Hannah Fyfe.
Hannah supports Lush Realty behind the scenes with client care, marketing, content, open house support, and day-to-day details that help the team stay organized and connected.
She helps keep the Lush Realty brand moving online and in the community, supporting social media, client touchpoints, open house details, and marketing pieces that help the team show up consistently.
Her support gives Amanda and Tash more space to focus on strategy, negotiations, and guiding clients through their move with clarity and confidence.
Former showjumper, future teacher & professional homebody.
Hannah grew up in the horse world and competed as a showjumper before deciding she would rather ride for fun. She is now a university student working toward becoming a teacher while helping keep Lush Realty moving behind the scenes.
Give her a good book, her bed, and a little quiet and she is very happy. She may also be the team’s biggest introvert-extrovert: perfectly content at home until the right people or plan convince her otherwise.
